A nutritious breakfast provides children with the energy they need for a busy school morning. Research shows that children who eat breakfast are better able to concentrate, have improved memory and behaviour and are more engaged in their lessons. By starting the day with breakfast pupils are calmer, more focused and ready to make the most of their learning.
